We are sorry for the loss of your baby whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death. As you know, losing a baby can be very difficult and each person’s experience may be different. There may have been some experiences that were helpful and others that were not beneficial or possibly hurtful.
We are hoping to learn from the many experiences of those involved with pregnancy and infant loss. We would like to learn what practices and/or tools are most helpful, which practices may need to be modified, and discover possible ideas for future practice implementations. Your suggestions and comments are most appreciated in this survey. The survey results are intended to be used to educate and inform those who serve grieving families. The information gathered from these surveys may be used to promote a continuation of helpful practices, help reduce trauma, assist in implementing new helpful tools, and better educate and inform those who will serve grieving families in the future.
